What is wrong with Northcutt! Threatening eviction in a worldwide pandemic. Disgusting. Rude. Thoughtless. Careless. Nastiest realty company on the planet. Would give 0 stars if I could.
They got one star only because I had to give them something. Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere!
I'd live in a tent before I rented from these people. Rude, poor customer service and they lie. Worst service ever! Do yourself a favor...go elsewhere!
This place is awful to rent from. Dont do it. I have way too many problems to list out in this little box. Long story short, their buildings are run down, and shady. They screwed me out of my deposit return. Dont rent from them.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!! I rented from them while attending Auburn University. My apartment was broken into 3 times in one week, along with many others in the neighborhood. I pulled police reports to prove so. A neighbor even had a bullet left on her door step as a threat. I came to the owners of Northcutt realty and begged them to please let me out of my lease as I could not sleep or stand to be in this unsafe environment. Northcutt will cut your throat! The worst customer service, EVER! Incompetent staff, rude, and does not care about tenants. My car was broken into twice, poor lit area. You're better off living in your car!!
Awful, Awful, Awful....Just the worst. Stay away! – I had three major problems, and I must keep it brief: I had two separate incidences where a car was parked in guest parking and broken into. I attributed it to the fact that the area was dimly lit. I addressed the concern to management and suggested adding a flood light on the first incident, and nothing was done.
