If there were more stars to rate Northcutt properties I’d give them the highest rating. Our experience with them has been nothing but amazing. Professional, helpful, fast responses. They even thanked us kindly for our military service over Veterans Day weekend. They really took care of us through our process of applying, and helped guide us. Super bad customer service I make appointment to see home and just in the same day I confirm my appointment and they are said its rented what the heck no one text me because the are open at8 am I don’t think they are renting at the night no one can text me !!!! and they are super rude
