I came to this urgent care because novant was taking a long time getting my MRI approved for my back completed. I needed an opinion on my health. I was in pain. I was treated with meds however I was told to wait on my neurologist at novant instead of atrium dealing with the problem at hand. I had not had an MRI in over 8 years so an X-ray or CT scan would have been sufficient to check for injury. I would have been better off just going to the hospital.
Extremely rude check in receptionist . Did not want to take the extra time to properly verify my insurance . Even with a sick 3 year old in my arms. I left and went to a Novant urgent care. I was in and out with no issues. Don’t waste your time. A 3.2 over all rating says it all as well. Wish I would have realized before.
