I don’t blame the receptionist or in house care as there was limited staff. They deal with too much already I was in for a serious burn and was made to wait on a walk-in for 1+hours and then people with appointments arrived and I was told they were ahead of me. As I said don’t blame staff I blame upper management and unless it is incredibly serious injury and I’m right in the area I won’t come here again. You can’t have people with semi serious injuries like burns waiting for that long man it’s just cruel.
The staff at this facility were very kind to me and helped me schedule an appointment with a doctor. Thank you very much!
quick and easy, scheduled online, checked in at my scheduled time, only waited a few minutes before I was called to the back.
No doctor at location, PA only recommended Ibuprofen, keep leg elevated and ice pack. No x-ray Total waste of time.
We came here last second with an urgent situation with my child and they were very quick and efficient getting us in! The receptionist gathered my information quickly, and then we waited less than a minute to be called to a room. Both the nurse and Dr. Thomalla were extremely professional and kind and were able to treat my child right away. I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything went and with everyone we encountered who was working there.
