Had a great experience with both the front desk and the nurse/doctor. Very quick to be seen and good care plan given.
From the front desk, nurses and Dr Alan were all great!! Clean and quiet office.
This is my first and last time going here alone. I had a check in time at 2:48 and I arrived at 2:30 and walked in at 2:35 because I knew I was early. I tried to check in and he said to come back at 3:10 for my appointment to check me in. Ok no problem I got here early and there was some sort of break happening so it’s ok. I get a text at 3:05 saying my appointment was canceled? I check back in with I think his name was Carlos? And I brought up my concern to him but he said he got me checked in no problem.
