I went recently for a concert. The building itself is beautiful, and the staff were amazing. I lost my motorbike key and they were all so helpful in trying to help me find it, including the cloak room staff, floor staff and security. In the end a staff member waited with me after her shift until my friends delivered my spare key to me. They're incredible!
