Moved in on May 1st of this year. I have a 1 year and let me just say the first day while Moving in a guy told me that I should be careful because of the drug addicts that live around me. Neighbors leave garbage in hallways. Constantly hearing traffic up and down the stairs at 2am every night. Constantly hearing arguing and fighting throughout the day. I've been dealing with noisy neighbors for a couple years. All hours of the night my kids and are being woken up! No amount of reporting them to the office or calling the cops matters to them. They violate health codes and tenant rights nonstop! Cops are sick of coming here cuz nothing ever changes. They don't fix anything. Don't care about black mold until you call codes or withhold rent. I've had a hole the size of my fist above my shower for 2 months they won't fix but non-stop ask for rent!
IT JUST A CHEAP PLACE TO LIVE
