If you are in the market for a rental or real-estate needs do not go to this company. Maybe I should be more specific and say do not deal with Maria L M******* She is rude, condescending and utterly abhorrent to talk with if you are a renter. She does not believe she has to be in any way accommodating to your needs and will screw you over in any way she can. Bought a house and northcap was representing the seller. Northcap agent was a lazy bozo. House had issues that had not been disclosed. I contacted northcap, and their owner/broker I spoke with was beyond nasty and rude. Unbelievably unprofessional. Would never recommend this real estate company. Shady, lazy, and rude.
