Could be better maintained for their renters. Elevator has issues and you can get stuck on it. Power lines outside are dangerously hanging on tree limbs. The entrance needs to be cleaned more often.

if it’s not the elevator being down it’s the fire alarm blaring for hours or nowhere to park even though you pay for parking this place suuuuuucks

This place is a joke! All the photos, all the emails. Moving into these apartments was the BIGGEST mistake of my life! They will hold onto ur rent in the safe, then tell you your behind. Then deposit your money order in someone else’s account! Not to mention will be informed a million times about cockroaches but don’t do a damn thing about it. Ashley gives great tours of the property and deserves a raise due to her customer service and attention to detail. She really raises the customer service bar with hands on attitude and a keen attention to detail which focuses on customer service and satisfaction
