Our family moved from another state, and the office worked rigorously via email/phone until meeting in-person to ensure we had a home in NE upon arrival. We have since relocated, however, we absolutely loved our time at Northbrook. The maintenance staff was always timely, the grounds were kept in great shape and they are pet friendly! Our family required additional accommodations due to our children having special needs, and the CIP staff were very accepting and awarding of those requests.
I do believe thingsi should be pet friendlywhen using chemicals. My apt smells like petroleum, it's on carpet and was tons in the rail. My dogs licked the liquid and carpet, puked some last night i need this smell out, it's very sickening Jeanie
We've been living at Northbrook Apartments for a couple of years now, and overall, it’s been a decent experience. Maintenance is quick to respond and always does a good job. The office staff are genuinely friendly and always try their best to assist. They do a great job of keeping the property well-maintained. I do feel that the rent is somewhat high considering the age of the apartments, but overall, it's a nice place to live.
As usual, issues were worked on and they were pleasant. Been here12 - 13 years.
