Northbound Health has been exceptional to work with in obtaining respite care for our child. They prioritize getting to know the unique needs of each child and family to ensure goodness of fit with a potential provider. They utilize an initial virtual meet and greet with the family, agency, and respite provider, which I appreciated prior to setting up a home visit. Their approach has helped us to feel supported every step of the process. Highly recommended!
