Just had my 6 month cleaning and exam. The exam consists of checking lymph glands in the neck and a tongue and throat check, as well as the standard cleaning and polishing. The doc and hygienists are friendly gentle and efficient. I used to think the exams were mostly for show until they found something that needed a second look by an oral surgeon. I had my teeth cleaned by Kelly today. Fast, thorough and very nice. Kelly has been there for 8 years, .but this the ffirst time I got to meet her. Very nice experience. I always lovebit when I can get in,get out and get great care. And that pretty much happens all the time at Northborough Dental. Woo woo!!!
I called on Friday with a problem. I got a call on Monday to come in and have my front tooth fixed. I know how busy Dr. Howell is and I appreciate how how quickly his office called me. Thank you all.
Karen spells out what she is going to do at the beginning of each appointment, so no surprises. She also let's me know how my recession and gum tissue are going. Great to get feedback on my dental health!
