Reception and service were excellent as usual.
I had a wonderful visit today. Have been looking for not only a good dentist but a staff that goes along with Dentist. My wife has told me that I would be very happy and she was correct, she has been going for quite awhile and could not say enough. I myself have a few issues with my mouth and they were all very professional and caring.
My husband and I have been coming to Northborough Dental for about 20 years now. We started going to the office about 20 years ago from the recommendation of a friend.We moved to the White mountains 9 years ago but continue to travel to MA. twice a year for our dental needs as we believe that the quality of work, the professionalism, and friendly staff cannot be matched. They truly care about you, the patient, and in our opinion are the best dental office we have ever gone to.

I caled with a tooth pain and I was accommodated with an appointment the same day. The situation was effectively addressed, alternatives provided and action taken to alleviate the pain. The dental assistant and Dr were attentive professional and understanding.
I changed dentists 10 years ago. Every time I visit Dr. Phil Howells and his staff, it reminds me that I will never change dentists again. I recently went in for a routine procedure and had an emergency with another tooth...both resolved/same visit/no pain. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else.
