My wife and I drive down from North Conway NH for our dental needs. We moved out of MA. 13 years ago and have continued to stay with Northborough Dental even though we live out of state. We tried other dentists in the area but found them to be lacking what Northborough Dental provides which is the most professional, caring and state of the art dentistry. We can't say enough about the entire staff. They go above and beyond.
I recently switched to using my wife's dental practice. I had been going to my childhood dentist one hour away because my family had become friends with this fantastic dentist. Unfortunately he was retiring so I needed to find a new dentist which I was a little nervous about doing. Dr. Crowley turned out to be fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Northborough Dental Associates. Whether it's a routine cleaning, a crown, or something more involved, the dentists, oral surgeons, and dental and administrative staff are all skilled, pleasant, and professional. They are also fantastic at accommodating emergencies; I've had two in the six years I've been going to them and they managed to fit me into their already busy schedules and give me the same excellent care they would for a routine visit. Knowing that I am not always thinking like a good 'patient', Karen has always made me feel comfortable, explaining what she will be doing and doing it well. She is thoughtful in telling me what would be beneficial in addressing what might be best for me in the care of my teeth, etc. My thanks to those at Northborough Dental who make my visits so easy and always answer any questions I may have regarding appointments, billing and then some.
