I highly recommend Dr. Moheban to anyone who is looking for professional dental work, both routine and specialized. Dr. Moheban has the latest dental equipment and is able to provide a crown in one day. He has also filled my cavities painlessly and perfectly. Great! Loved not having to wait for getting a crown made. I lpad above the chair with Bose headphones are a nice touch. I found my dentist.
Everyone is so friendly. My hygienist Christine was awesome.
My crown and filling appointment was superb. Hygenist and receptionist were very friendly, pleasant and upbeat - totally focused on service, comfort and experience. Dr. Moheban explained every step of the process.... discussed each action he was taking, and gave very detailed timing and procedural info. The program he used to monitor and track his work was very "cool" and I appreciated the new experience for me of listening to my music choices with a headset. Great staff. Lisa is always spot on and very helpful in figuring out the insurance details. Great cleaning. Had a crown done. Very cool technology, and Dr. Alex was great with his explanations. He measured it up, made it while I got a cleaning, and had it in my mouth all within 2 hours. Probably would've been done in about an hour had I not had the cleaning in the middle. The practice is shelling out some good money on the technology, and it shows with the service and results. Give them a shot.
I was met by a new staff at Northborough Family Dental as well as a new (to me) Dentist Dr. Moheban.. From the young lady at the reception desk to the hygienist to the Dr. It was an overall nice experience...Thanks
Had my first visit recently at Northborough Family Dental and totally loved this place! My hygienist took the time to explain so many things to me that I had no idea about and provided the best cleaning ever! Dr. Alex was really nice and put my mind at ease about some concerns I was having with a tooth. If you are looking for a great supportive office go to Northborough Family Dental! The entire staff is extremely helpful and the manager Lisa was super welcoming and answered all my questions!
I am absolutely petrified of the dentist, the sounds the smells all of it. I gave Northborough Dental a try and instantly felt comfortable making the appointment with Lisa. I went in for my first consult and met Doctor Alex and he said "your not going to feel any pain we will get you taken care of".
