My dental appointment yesterday was wonderful. They took me on time and my hygienist was thorough, kind, professional and patient.
Nothing but good things to say about Northborough Family Dental from the time you arrive to the time you leave. The office staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Christina is the best, friendly and knowable, the only dental office i don't mind coming back too.

Northborough Family Dental is AWESOME! I would give them 6 stars! From the time I walked in, til the time I left, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff. As soon as I checked in Melinda came right out. She was very polite and professional. I could not have been treated any nicer. I recently changed to Northborough Family Dental and I am so glad that I made that change.
I smiled as soon as I walked into the office yesterday. It was at the end of lunch and everyone was settling into their work mode. But there was much laughter and joy in their conversations. Then 3 patients entered and the receptionist greeted each by name. It made me feel that the patients were valued much beyond the fact that we were paying for a service. My two year old just went for the first time. She was distracted by the big TV playing baby shark, no tear at all got all her teeth cleaned! Pediatric dentist was very professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend!
