Always hands on very caring, nurturing and kind. They make you feel welcomed. Not one bad experience.
My brother was transferred here after a massive heart attack. He was treated in Cath Lab to place some stents. Been in ICU for a couple of days now and everyone has been AMAZING! Explaining everything, consoling and treating him like they would a family member. They constantly talk to him and ask questions about him to get to know him. Thank-you for all the compassion and dignity in which you carry out your job ❤️
They are taking really good care of my Aunt who came in with double pneumonia. I was there from Texas when I received message she was admitted. She is still progressing each day with great care and attention given her. I would recommend North Bay to others.
