I came to emergency room on 3-05-2018 for a pulled muscle in my neck. I was seen by Dr cruz he was very very nice courteous and gentle. He is an amazing Dr and my favorite nurse Electra she is bomb very very kind polite funny bubbly concerning and very loving. I always am happy to see her. I have had some bad experiences but most of all alot of good experiences. The Drs at northbay are amazing

Sitting in waiting room 3 hours waiting on service. They told us it's a slow day you'll get right in. So far 3 people have walked out to go to other hospitals guess we are gonna have to as well to get service..

My 85 year old mom had been admitted in 1-West for 6 days. Our family would like to send our heartfelt gratitude to her health care team who took very good care of her. Dr. San Diego and Dr Agarwal. All her RNs - Wanda, Eduardo, Carie, Elena, Valerie, Michael and Violet. RTs - Debbie, Dave, Sonny, Stephen. John and the ER team who admitted her at the critical time. My husband had surgery and they been really good. Private room checking on him regularly nice � and polite workers ��

Dr, Loc Nguyen, MD... he is really good very detail spend a lot of time with with you, ask you questions it was really good seeing a person like him... people in the front receptionist really good very patient customer Service satisfaction level thank you... Thank you Dr. Nguyen...
