Poor service I used Northbay to remodel my bathroom. I consistenlty had problems contacting the business owner regarding delays and problems. My small remodel ($14,000) seemed unimportant to him. The new shower doors had been installed less than one month when the bottom plastic (which prevents water from hitting the floor) fell off. It is scheduled to be fixed next week -- over a month later.
not recommended We bought a 'remnant' slab here. The owner was friendly and helpful, until we put down our deposit. Then he seemed to vanish, and would not return our calls, as the promised delivery date came and went. We were repeatedly given a cell phone number that went unanswered, and had a full mailbox. Ultimately it was over a week late, causing us trouble and expense on our project. I had my guest bathroom designed by Michelle Grady who did such an amazing job that I came back to her for my kitchen and master bathroom.She is very talented. I would and I do recommend her to anyone who is looking for a designer.
