Dr. Hassani listens to me well and explains things so that I easily understand. I’m very pleased with the care that I get from him!
I always felt he ignored most of what I said. He had his own preconceived ideas. I am a 70 year old disabled female with many health problems. I believe he either thought I was complaining or that I was making things up.. He refused to send a much needed urgent referral to a specialist, even though my insurance does not require referrals. This has delayed diagnosis for a potentially serious problem.
The after surgery care was horrible, wound got infected two weeks after surgery. Would not give me antibiotics for another 4 weeks. Then after 14 days of antibiotics would was still open but pain was much better. Then 5 days after last pill, pain started coming back to the point of throbbing very badly, could not sleep, so I took one of my wife’s pain pills and call him that next Day(Friday). He told me he could not see me, would not put me back on antibiotics and would just proscribe more pain pills so I would not use my Wi... read more
Dr. Dane treated my sister twice in ER. She was battling end stage liver/colon cancer and was at the end of life. The nurse and the doctor remained calm and guided us through a very tough death. We felt we were in competent professional hands.
I have been a patient of Dr. Anne Chen since 2017 since moving from Southern California. By far, Dr. Chen demonstrates the BEST bedside manner of any physician I have EVER had in my 50+ years. Dr. Chen is the most knowledgeable, kindhearted, and hyper-focused attentive doctor. Dr. Chen presents as consistently engaging, pleasant, humble, and an active listener. I am so grateful and blessed I am in her care. God bless you Dr. Chen
I've tried to call her to ask about treatment for my uncontrollable movements and she has not returned my call. She don't seem like she cares. Getting another doctor.

Dr. Heeren is an amazing Pediatrician! He effectively communicates with us. He quickly responds to emails and answers any questions or concerns we may have. Terrible Dr do not waste your time. Cancels appointments constantly, and on same day. Does not do much of anything. I would highly suggest not to use this Do tor or office ever. Will regret it.
