Tried calling to make an appointment but it sounded like a lawnmower in the background…. No one answered. We walked in for an appointment and spoke with Cassandra at the front desk. She stated that Northbay Urgent Care Fairfield is no longer taking phone appointments, they are only taking walk ins only. Just wanted to let the community know, because this information is not specified on the website or here. As a matter of fact, it provides a number to ‘call’, which is confusing.

Dr Gian Pinot has no patience for his patients!! I am a long time loyal patient of NorthBay. They have Absolutely Excellent Service. Today I found the exception. Dr Gian Pinot has absolutely zero bedside manner. He couldn’t let the patient or myself talk. He cut me off at almost every sentence and then told us he could only handle talking about one issue. Went to get my legs looked at and was told I need an appointment, even though it says walkins welcome on the front windows and the website, the receptionist told me to call at 9 in the morning to make an appointment. They need to change the signage in the windows and on the website
