Absolutely terrible experience. First off, I arrived just 9 minutes late due to rush hour traffic (5 o’clock traffic), and was told they had to “reschedule” me. Fine. I waited for my new time, got called in, and explained the issue I was there for. Instead of addressing it, they said I had to take a pregnancy test first. Not sure why all the negative reviews. I've been here a handful of times and have always received courteous and prompt care. I was very ill one time and got my results within 15 min.
