I I feel incredibly grateful for the care I received, starting with the kindness of Kelcey (I hope I spelled her name correctly), who was always ready to help, and followed by the more than professional service provided by Diana Diaz, who shows a genuine interest in helping her patients My entire family feels very comfortable with the care we received.
I went here for the first time today and was very impressed. The facility was clean and tidy and very easy to find. The front office staff, nurse, and provider were friendly and welcoming and check in was quick.
I was sent here to do a quick chest xray after a visit in Fairfield said to go here. I just wanted to say that the poor Xray tech, Jahaad, was already slammed with patients yet still trying to check a difficult patient in for general urgent care. Jahaad, was extremely professional after dealing with a 25 minute difficult call with a patient. I have to disclose that i never made it here. I called this location while having palpitations specifically because it did not feel like an imminent life threatening situation. I had no shortness of breath no chest pain no sweating no dizziness etc. The woman who answered was genuinely confused when I told her I was having palpitations and told me they cant see me for that and I need to go to ER. This is wildly untrue and now I am stuck with a huge bill from ER even after my insurance ans copay. Merry Christmas to me.... for... read more
