I have received kind, good care. Staff palpably enjoy working together. Response times are generally fast. The office is dim (great for headaches), and clean. I’m glad to be their patient.
!!!!!!! EXTREMELY AWFUL LONGGGGG HOLD TIME. I WAS ON HOLD 27MIN., TO BE REFERRED TO THE "ANSWERING" SERVICE HOLD AN ADDITIONAL 22MIN.. DISGUSTING .. .
Absolutely do not see Dr. Ruby Ali. She is notoriously late to seeing her patients. Every single time I’ve had to see her, I’ve always had to wait at least 15 to 30 mins later than what was scheduled because she is always late. Because of this, I’ve adopted the tactic of coming to my appointments later than scheduled because of her constant lateness. And even with showing up later to my appointments, she would STILL have me wait another additional 10 mins, so really she is more than 30 minutes late to our appointments. Well ... read more
Dr. Almullahassani is always very kind and quick with appointments. The rest of staff is nice too! Never any problems, I’ve been going for years.
