My ER doctor was Williams,Benjamin,M.D. the ER teams was great I asked the RN who inserted my IV for ice or ice water never came back when my family arrived I told them and they told another staff member and they told my family where to get the ice the evil Rn who tossed my discharge papers on my lap like I had an infectious disease yelled at my son about the ice and should have yelled at her co-worker for telling my family to go into a restricted area she was very unpleasant with a nasty attitude the rest of the staff was c... read more

Can’t say enough about the staff that helped us the other night in the E. R. My Father in laws catheter had come out and needed to be replaced. Special Thanks to Nurse Giselle (after checking us and other patients in) for taking the time and initiative to jump in and replace the catheter herself. They were short handed on staff and what could have been a very long night of waiting, Giselle got us in and out in a relatively short time so we could get Pop back home. Too busy to help once in room (emergency dept) if you ask for your pain medication they get irritated. The guy there very rude that answers call button. The nurse finally and was so rude. Acted like i bothered her. Worse Emergency room I’ve been too. still waiting on medication it seems like they don’t care. Just Rude

I have been to North Bay emergency twice, the first time I sat there with my wife of 74 years old for over 2 hours only to be rushed in to emergency for surgery because of appendix, 2 hours in a waiting room with bursted appendix, last night I went to emergency with my wife of 74 and sat there 2 and 1/2 hours and we finally left. She had a pain level of 10 plus and people were taking in prior to us. I understand they are busy but we should have had somebody at least give her a pain pill or something because we asked for it. ... read more
