Was on hold 20mins to be told though I have a great PPO that they are referral based only. They should have had this ON THEIR WEBSITE. Why we pay so much for insurance and have no control over who we see is beyond me. If you need immediate GI care please look into UNIO GI out of San Pablo or Berkeley. No wait and no dumb insurance/referral boundaries.
I got a referral from my primary doctor. I waited 2 weeks for them to call me. I've never got a call, so I reach out to them. I called and they put me on hold, they just put the phone down, I waited, waited patiently and I hear there conversation, they were talking about getting some water to there co-worker, one was saying let me look in my purse.
