Unfortunately for me I did not receive the care that I anticipated I felt that I was discriminated I felt that they did not give me that quality care as promised in their booklet that I read front to back I shared a concern with their interim manager and she violated that confidentiality with another staff that continue that negative behavior of unprofessionalism to provide me with Quality care.
