Absolutely terrible experience!!! DO NOT attempt to get any small jobs here! It has been 4 months and the owner has given me the run around and every excuse in the book. He never returns calls. He seems dishonest. If I don’t have my necklace today I will be filing a charge at the police station.

Five jewelers told me my platinum and diamond wedding band could not be re-sized Cuauhtli Hernandez , the owner, did not blink at the challenge. He cut the band and had a friend laser-weld it. He added a lovely green diamond to represent my son and replaced a dead (no facets on the face!) diamond. The joint is seamless. The two diamonds are seamless. The ring is now perfect. I can't recommend them enough.
