Horrible.
Awful communication
My experience at this practice hasn't been the greatest at all. I don't feel like the doctors hear you out or show any sympathy when you are explaining your concerns, and nurses are not always in a good mood (I get they are overworked, but thats not an excuse). The lab is always understaffed, and the check-in ladies end up giving you an unrealistic wait time. What they say will take 15 minutes fpr you be seen, will actually take between 35-45 wait time just to get your blood drawn. I will start looking for a different practi... read more
