Dr. Kelly is a great dentist. The office staff, however, lack any kindness or human warmth. Over the two years I've been a client here, I've never felt welcomed when I come in the door. The receptionists barely acknowledge my presence and are imperially officious in manner. Today I asked for an explanation of my bill, because none of it made sense to me. I had a great experience, they were professional and really made me feel comfortable.
For several years, I was a client of Northampton Dental Group. While the dentists are wonderful, the office faces significant challenges when a dentist is out of the office. As the office struggles to secure a replacement in a timely manner. I have unfortunately encountered instances of racism and classism directed towards me by the front desk staff on multiple occasions.
