RecommendedHaving built a pc previously I knew it was no small task. I wanted something that not only ran smooth but looked good also. I asked the guys at Northampton Computer Repair if they could build me a pc if I provided the parts and needless to say, they did not let me down. Handled with amazing customer service. Very responsive along with informative about any question I had along this journey, not to mention the questions even after the pc was setup. Would absolutely recommend anyone go to them for any sort of pc need.

they did a great job on fixing my pc and I had 2 laptops to get fixed so I could sell them they were fast and let me know every thing they were doing highly recommended A++++++++
Their immediate response to helping me with my computer problem was very gratifying. I have been searching for a tech company who was will to work with a one person business that operates on a shoestring. They solved my immediate problem quickly, for a reasonable price, and made reasonable suggestions about what I should do next to address the issues with my aging computer. I like that they followed up after my appointment about a week later to make sure all was continuing to go well.
Such great customer service, super friendly. Fixed my laptop very quickly for a really great price! There was no trying to sell me this-and-that like many other companies try and do. So easy and hassle free, definitely won’t drag my feet for 4 months about getting computer issues solved ever again!
So very impressed with Chris and Northampton Computer Repair. He took my computer with a technically unfixable problem, and he FIXED it! Plus the final bill was less than one half of what I thought it might be. Chris is now my permanent go-to person for any kind of computer problem I have.Polite, professional and knowledgeable service at very fair pricing!
