RecommendedGreat classes and plenty of elliptical and treadmills! Nautilus strength training for everyone as well as other weight training equipment. Knowledgeable staff is always helpful.
It and its sister facility, Hampshire Athletic Club, are the best gyms in the area, by far.
My husband and I have been members for three years and we LOVE NAC. There is plenty of well maintained equipment, and the recent addition of Peloton bikes have definitely upped our cardio game. The facility is always clean, any down machines are always promptly repaired, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We are regulars at Brandon's Full Body Fitness class on Tuesdays and recently his Boot Camp on Fridays and recommend these classes (and Brandon as an instructor) to anyone thinking of trying a class. Not to busy and plenty of equipment.
Nice gym. We went to a spin class. It was a different class than we are used to but it was well taught and we had fun.
Top notch classes for all fitness levels
Great Gym, Great Front Desk, Great Trainers, Great Cleanliness, Great Classes, Great Equipment...Did I mention they were great?
