Caution advised! The sign-up process was straightforward, and the initial pricing was quite reasonable. However, the monthly rental fees increased significantly and swiftly! Once your belongings are in storage, relocating them isn’t a quick or simple task — and this seems to be something the company is well aware of. The frequent price hikes, combined with the strict terms in the contract makes me regret going with National Storage.
Terrible experience, don't do. Rented storage unit for 2 months. Went to pick up items, found 1/2 inch water on floor, soaked my boxes and items. Wanted 1 month rental in compensation. Was told that I didn't take out extra insurance so no compensation. Not my doing for poor leaky roof or walls. Not fit for purpose.
