Not impressed with the staff. Called two weeks ago to get a billing statement e-mailed. Got the message machine and asked for someone to call me back in the billing dept. No call, so I call 4 hours later and an older lady answers and says, oh yes I got your message this morning and forgot to pass it on. I ask that she pass on I need a call back. I get a message on my phone at 6:15 PM when they call back and I was riving home. I call back the next day and get someone live. I say I needed the billing statement for my medical f... read more
