They may be polite, knowledgeable, etc but they are Thieves. My neighbor and myself are watching another neighbors house while he is out of the country for an extended leave and his blower motor burned up leaving no heat. We were quoted a replacement blower motor for $1030. I found the same motor online went for $280 - 350, I called another company and they had the motor and installed it for $375. I was 100% satisfied with North Winds Heating and Cooling. The customer service and dispatcher were understanding to my situation and had a serviceman to my house within two hours of my call. When the serviceman arrived he was competent, friendly, and explained everything in great detail. My parts needed to be ordered from out of state and when UPS had a mix up in loading the truck, North Winds was right on it and insisted they get the parts to them that day so they could complete the job when they had quoted.
