NWAH has been the most compassionate vet I've ever been to. They sent me a card with a footprint of my puppy, and a plaster mold of my puppy who passed away years ago. I had to put another dog down a few days ago and they gave me all the time I needed with her first. I was hesitant to be in the room, but I decided last minute I couldn't leave her.
