I have only used U Haul 7 or 8 times. The first 3 were OK. The last 5 were renting from or returning to the Oak Harbor Wa. store. I would call the experience great or as good as it gets. These are super nice folks who really appreciate it when the truck is returned nice and clean. I hope to be done with moving but if you have to, and you are on or close to Whidbey Island WA., I think that you would be silly to go anywhere else. They get a 10 out of 10 from me. Clean, safe and lots of recent improvements. The owners have been great to deal with, effective communication and they even helped me cut a lock when I was there on a Sunday and couldn’t find my key.

Friendly owners, and very close to base. They keep a watchful eye, and continue to improve the grounds every day.

Very friendly helpful, and she was willing to work with me. On price for storage unit, since I was relocating from idaho to washington. I would highly recommend north whitney self storage.
