Rude. Called to let them know our electricity was out, and the woman I talked to, started out saying they may have to charge us $200.00 to turn it back one. We weren't the only ones out, our neighborhood was out. I wonder if she told them the same thing? The woman acted like it was an inconvenience to her that our electricity went out. We have one neighbor that is on oxygen and we don't have a hospital in our town anymore. What do they care they have electricity. They must be Biden supporters.
VERY POOR customer service. I called to let them know our electricity was out along with my father n laws , she started say it maybe a $200.00 charge to turn it back on. She acted like it was inconvenience that our electricity was out.
