I bought an engine with a warranty from them and when I tried to return it for bad intake valves the owner accused me of altering the serial number on the block and refused to take the motor back. Do not due buisness with these people. They do nothing but lie to you, starting with their prices! I'm currently in the process of taking them to court.
RecommendedRyan at Northwest JDM has excellent customer service. He guarantees all his transmissions will fit. If he's not assured it would work, he wouldn't sell one to you.
Dealt with Ryan on a 2JZ for my SEMA 20 project. Awesome kid and awesome experience with excellent knowledge on what I needed. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for Japanese horsepower 👍🏼👍🏼
Ordered an RB25DET, Received it in record time and it looks brand new. Ryan was informative and very helpful, had answers to all my questions and made sure I was satisfied, he threw in an HKS cold air intake with the item. Overall great, fast and reliable customer service, would definitely recommend.

i was looking to buy an 06-07 sti transmission and heard many good things about north west jdm so i went there to buy a transmission. the customer service is terrible. one of their sti v9 transfer case is bent and i asked if they could replace it with a non bent one. the guy there said we're selling the transmission as is and if you don't like it, you can leave. i was about to leave but needed a transmission asap. he has two other v9 sti transmissions and i bought one of them. the shift nob is damaged, pressure plate is rust... read more
