We appreciate the entire team for the excellent care they provide our mother. Every caregiver who has come into our home has treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. We see the effort and dedication even when shifts can't be covered. They communicate well and we really appreciate it. We are thankful to have help for our mother when we can't be there.

NEGATIVE STARS- If you love you family or friends DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to assist them at home or other daily active living requirements they would need. Again today received a call from Life Line and the fire department help because my friend had no staff to care for him and it's HIS JOB NOT THEIRS to find someone to get him up and out of bed. I have worked For NWHC for almost a year and have loved working for this company. The staff is really focused on helping the clients and caregivers with thier needs. They work with your schedule and I can create my own and work what hours I want to. Would highly recommend working for this company
I love working for NWHC. The staff is focused on helping the community, whether that means taking care of the Caregivers or the clients. So much has changed with this company over the last few years. Coming to work every day, I get to feel like I have helped and made a difference in someone's life. And the staff is ALWAYS there to answer any questions I might have. I truly feel like this company cares not only for the people needing assistance but for the people providing care as well. Fantastic place to work!!
