RecommendedI’ve lived in the area for many years and have moved a bit trying to find the best apartment for us and it never felt like home until we moved here. It’s quiet, clean, and the staff ( Decarlo) and maintenance, concierge are all amazing. The community areas are always clean, the pool is heated, and absolutely no issues with receiving our packages on time. The only and only draw back is there is no hot tub. The BEST in the city — I was fortunate enough to call North Water Park Apartments, my home for almost two years. I love living at North Water Apartments. The management provides excellent customer service and the employees and residents are friendly. The lobby and shared spaces are always immaculate. Amenities are a plenty. From the sky deck (indoor and outdoor) to the pool deck and grill level. Pool is a decent size, warm, and there are plenty of chairs for laying out. Awesome building with unobstructed views. You get best of the both worlds with amazing city views and lake views. Staff is super friendly and they are always going above and beyond to accommodate residents.

Excellent staff and facility! I love the atmosphere of this apartment. Also, I love the view from the unit which enables us to view the beautiful Michigan lake!
We have lived here for a year and half and can't say enough about the wonderful building, staff and amenities. The other residents are very friendly and everyone loves dogs! The staff works very hard to provide all kinds of activities every month which are well attended and well done! Bravo! Thank you.
