Fantastic place to live! Been here for around a year and have never had an issue with the management nor the super who is a great person. Any maintenance request is answered promptly and effectively. The buildings are well maintained and well renovated. Some are almost brand new. Management is extremely responsive and will hear you out if any issues arise. It’s been a great time and I hope to rent here for the foreseeable future.

I enjoyed staying here for the 3 years i did. The neighborhood was nice and in a prime location and the apartment was cozy and checked all the boxes. My experience however was heavily tainted at the end of my lease. They would constantly book showing of the apartment on a few occasions without notifying me or taking my availability to facilitate these showings into consideration. Great! Everything nice and new. Newly painted once we got in. When we moved in they were very accommodating with our move-in time due to furniture delivery. It’s very quiet and we love it! We barely run into our neighbors going up and down the elevators. Wish I can live here forever. Little dog area park for the pets to release by the in door garage! My dog loves it. They have doggy poop bags for you to grab as you exit the complex! I mean gotta love it! Also need to note no pest concerns.
