Rita in the front of great!!! Dr culp and the rest of the staff is fantastic. Feels like a small practice even though it's Jefferson.
Love this place but they took an hour to take me back and just so long in general. My appointment was at 8:40am and I got in there at 9:30am! And finished 9:55am. Also, three people who came after me went before me.
Recently my doctor retired and I am now a patient of Dr. Thomas Arun. I am so impressed. Dr Arun spends time listening and hearing my concerns and the follow up.
I am so disappointed! Last week, I called and scheduled an appointment for today at 2 pm, but when I went to check in they said I have no appointment today! The lady was so rude and did not want to admit their mistake, and instead of being sorry, she was angry at me and treated me like it was my mistake! She told me do whatever you want when I told her I will give you a bad review! They do not care about how patients feel about them.
