I was terrified of scheduling my first appointment originally because of the other reviews, but I’m glad I went anyways. All of the staff members here are so kind & communicative. I’ve had to be here seven times in the last four weeks for a variety of things, & every single interaction has been nothing but pleasant. Can’t recommend this office enough.

Office never responds to calls. Called various times of the day on multiple days and no response. Needed assistance over the phone and they say they will get someone and call back and never do. Only got my issue resolved because my doctor called. No option to make payments online and have to go in person only to find out the office is closed because they don’t post accurate hours on google or on their Jefferson site

I was trying to return doctor's call. There was no human to answer the phone, only answering machine apologizing for having a "high volume of calls". After 30 minutes of waiting on the phone, a person answered. As soon as she heard me saying that I was waiting at least 30 minutes on the line, she hang up on me. I called back. Terrible cust service. Its impossible to get in touch with someone at the office. Wasted my time on the phone for 30 minutes.I kept getting transferred to the same woman with a heavy accent 3 times. I explained my situation to her all she kept saying every time was I will connect you to the office and then it keeps going back to the same recording and back to the same woman. Ridiculous.
