It's been 2.5 yrs with North wales office. The staff are always quick to welcome. Checked in quickly. Then, seen within 10. Minutes. My Doctor, takes his time answering my numerous questions. Assesses my concerns. Never feeling rushed. Thank you Doc. Culp, I appreciate you

I was terrified of scheduling my first appointment originally because of the other reviews, but I’m glad I went anyways. All of the staff members here are so kind & communicative. I’ve had to be here seven times in the last four weeks for a variety of things, & every single interaction has been nothing but pleasant. Can’t recommend this office enough.
Office never responds to calls. Called various times of the day on multiple days and no response. Needed assistance over the phone and they say they will get someone and call back and never do. Only got my issue resolved because my doctor called. No option to make payments online and have to go in person only to find out the office is closed because they don’t post accurate hours on google or on their Jefferson site
terrible to get a hold of and do not update the portal page
