I came in for a loose crown, they told me it needed to be replaced and that it would be $625 after my insurance. Later I start receiving bills for another $625 dollars When i called i was told your insurance did not pay because it was within 5 years. Now I'm stuck paying $1250 for a single crown because they did not do their job and check with the insurance company before preceding. I WILL NEVER USE THIS DENTIST AGAIN CROOKED BUSINESS

I called them with a dental need and the got me in same day and I was not an established patient but I sure am now. The staff and doctor are exceptional, they make you feel comfortable, no pain and seem to truly care about me as a patient. The doctor and assistant do very good work, I left there feeling fully taken care of and confident. I will not ever be looking to another dentist for my needs! Thank you North Family Dental and staff you are very much appreciated!
