RecommendedGuinea Pig had an injury and Dr. Dean was amazing!!! He stayed late to see us and was so kind and caring! Took time to explain to my daughter what may happen and that he would help the best he could. The tech was very nice and even after hours was patient and never felt like the visit was rushed. The amount of patience, compassion, and caring was beyond customer service. We just moved here but we have found our new vet!!!
RecommendedNVPH is paws & hooves down the best pet hospital in the TRI STATE. Dr. Dean, Dr. Kate & staff always go above & beyond to care for ALL my fur babies. No pet too big or too small - they treat them all.
RecommendedBeen here three times with 3 different dogs and 3 totally different circumstances. Great staff and Veterinarians!! Will most definately return with my other furkids!
RecommendedI have 10 fur babies and all i can tell you is most of you know our kid's and our pet's usually do not like going to see the doctor here not that is not the case here my pet's as do Me and My Wife love the staff here at North Valley both DR. Dean and Dr. Kate are gentle kind caring and loving with each and every patient they are highly trained licensed and well-qualified so for me and my family North Valley Pet Hospital
Worst vet ever been too. Waited 2 hours. Very young n did not read history. When he did had it all wrong was just unbelievable 🤦♀️. Who remove implants in a dogs legs? Never read duke I emailed n wanted pump dog full meds etc. miss my vet in California w 25 yrs experience w all my bulls.

RecommendedI knew Mattie had one of her chronic bladder infections, and unfortunately her veterinarian’s office was closed due to staff training. I called NVPH and was happy when they were able to help us. Dr. Dean was caring and listened to all of my concerns. The staff is amazingly kind but I must add that Adriana went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.... 5 stars!!!!
Recommendedpepper has been going to North Valley Pet Hospital senice we moved here in 2016 the Doctors and staff have always answered all my concerns and get your pets in as soon as possible I would not take pepper anywhere else
