RecommendedEvery employee there was very kind and sincere. You can tell they all love animals and I was even shown personal photos of an employees pet which I thought was fantastic. If you care about your animal this is the place that I would go.

We had to have our beloved dog Axel euthanized yesterday and the entire staff was thoughtful, courteous, understanding and very professional. My husband and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff in such a trying time.
We had a freak, horrible accident that included horse and dog. After hours, of course. Dr. Dean and staff always impress me by their professionalism and care for our beloved critters. Forever thankful that they are our Vet office by choice.

My dog Maverick passed away yesterday. There was no place open or willing to take his body until I called North Valley this morningI cannot thank Jennie (I believe her name) answering phone, and people in your clinic enough. Your compassion and caring were the best I've ever had in any business. Sincerely, you have no idea how you made an incredibly sad situation more bearable. Thank you for your help when no one else was there.
Great staff send Dr. Dean were wonderful. During this Virus they were also careful and had us wait outside.
the drs are wonderful and all the employees are just as great. they care about your pet and prices are affordable.
