This place is top notch. Especially Arpie who is the glue of this office. I count on her for all my patients paperwork and appointments. I know that when she is in charge, I can sleep at night! Go Team North Valley Ortho!!!!!!!!!!
Every negative review of this place is legitimate. From trying to get an appointment to the doctor who looks at your condition to the billing is a total headache.
So initially I went with the intention to be checked out by professionals to get surgery, but this doctor, was the complete opposite. I asked a serious question, "if I'm working out and I still feel pain what else can I do to make the pain go away or what else would you recommend doing?" and I got a very childish remark answer, "well you stop.", obviously you stop and you're in pain you're asking "a doctor" for professional help and he comes back with this type of answer, if you're there too ask questions why do you need to ... read more
