Incredibly shady and wrong to be receiving a 2nd bill from this practice when I already paid close to $1000 for an ER visit/ work up earlier this year. Be wary of going to any Intermountain ER, because you will be billed from these people. They have 70 1-star reasons for good reason. Would give zero stars if I could.
Horrible billing department. Tried to take us to smalls claims court over a $75 bill that they never reached out about as far as I know. This forced us to have to pay several hundred dollars to them in legal fees. Would have gladly paid the original bill if they had sent the correct info to me in the first place.
0 stars. I will avoid going to the American Fork ER. I see that I am not the only person who feels the same way I do. I have called 4 times to get the billing figured out. I can't believe how many times I have tried to get them to correct my insurance information and they seem to be completely incompetent. I can't get them a copy of the card because there is no physical address or an email to send to them. I am not sure why they didn't get the information when we gave them a copy of everything at the ER and the hospital had ... read more
