Adding to the list of bad reviews here. I would suggest going somewhere else if you need medical assistance. I had the same issue as many others in the reviews. Paid for my visit to receive another bill around 8 months later. Asking why I was being charged much later and what's to stop them from sending me another bill in another 8 months that I have to pay. I just received a call from collections saying my bill has been sent to collections from a visit from almost 2 years ago. 1. I’ve never received a bill or statement about it. 2. I paid all my bills from that time. 3. Every time I call this department, they said my balance is at $0. I asked them why I was sent to collections then, and I asked for a written statement saying that my bills are paid for, and the lady on the phone seriously said “I cannot talk to you further about this”. These guys waited a year and a half after our ER visit to bill us. They did not properly bill our insurance. We don’t owe anything because we had met our out of pocket max for that year. We have spent several hours on hold trying to resolve this and they still keep sending us bills. We have even contacted our insurance company twice who then called them with us on the other line and sat on hold for an hour. They never picked up! Went to Saratoga springs hospital and started getting a bill for almost the exact same amount. I started paying and then called because I had already paid intermountain healthcare. North valley refunded the money I had already paid saying that I don’t have a bill. It’s crazy where is this coming from? They couldn’t tell me any information. I think others are right this might be a Scan!
