RecommendedI was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and cleanliness. One of the reps walked around and gave water bottles to anyone that wanted one.
I recommend nothing about this place. everytime I come I hope for a better experience. I'm only here for a prescription refill evaluation I do once a year. And Every year it's the same situation. my apt was at 430, yet hours later I'm still waiting. I only feel for the wonderful staff who have to deal with all the angry patients in the lobby
Had a appointment at 1:00 it is now 5pm and I'm still freaking here waiting to be seen, some good people, they always take their time, basically this place sucks, I'd rather keep suffering then to ever come back here, never would recommend coming here basically F this place
My Dr.did an excellent job on my toe yesterday ,, did not have to wait long . Staff are excellent , and if they should ever be rude ,( Front ppl) Check in ,, There is always someone to report them to . Simple ! We are the patient , and Should be treated with respect . Otherwise , I love their service . Thank you .
Most of the time, waiting for an hour is the norm. But to my complete surprise, I barely sat down then I was called in...SHOCK
