I moved in yesterday. Already loved this place. The manager Jody and the maintenance person Miguel are super sweet and friendly. I sent in a maintenance request on the washer at 1pm, and Miguel came in about 20 minutes, and got it fixed at 2pm. They make me feel that I live in a big family. The place is very quite and nice. Lots of natural lights, big back yard. Great neighbors. I am so happy that I rented this place. Can't be more satisfied. I love my new home. Thanks Jody and Miguel!!!
Each time I’ve put in a maintenance request they are quick to respond and have resolved the issue within the same day. The property manager is friendly and communicates with tenants about any sort of scheduled maintenance issues/outages and sends a friendly email reminder about the property policies if any problems or complaints arise. The maintenance man is also very friendly and professional. When he came to fix the tiles he knocked each time he needed to enter, even though I knew he would be coming in and out to get tools... read more
