Been using Northtown for years for maintenance on our heat& air. Great service and excellent work. They replaced our furnace years ago, installed a great Honeywell thermostat, and just replaced our 27 year old air conditioner. They serviced it for years, and kept us informed about how it was limping along. They kept it going another 7 years and then it finally reached the end this summer! Tech Jeff and Judy in the office are wonderful to work with. Thanks Northtown!

My Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped working. Northtown scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. Technician Paul arrived on time. Clearly knew what he was doing. Diagnosed and fix the problem in a straightforward manner. Reasonable pricing. Very satisfied

This was a disappointing experience. Technician arrived on time to diagnose water leaking from dishwasher. After a 20 minute search with no results he finally suggested the bottom seal of the door had become warped and was the source of the leak. The tech was going to inform the office of the issue so they could price the required part and calculate the cost for labor. Had a technician come out today to give me an estimate on what repairs I needed done. Half of the time I couldn’t understand what he was saying, as his only intent was trying to sell me something that I don’t needed, by attempting to sell me with his rubbish sales pitch. He quoted me after inspection an outrageous amount, and quoted me on a part that didn’t even need any repair. For many years, I run a printing company and often watched people repair equipment. I watched Paul the technician from Northtown he make the diagnosis and repair. He must have make this same repair many times. He was amazing. Not a waster motion. He knew exactly what to do.... never once had to stop and think about it. I have no idea of what the budgeted time was for this repair.... but he must have made the repair in half the time. It was a pleasure to watch someone who is really really good at their job / trade.
