I called to apologize for a missed appointment and to reschedule. The receptionist was rude, sarcastic, and obnoxious. When I called her out on her mannerism she said 'It's on me if I want to interpret it that way.' She spoke to me as if I was a child who hasn't developed social skills as yet. I'm done with them!!!
I had an amazing experience when I had my sleep study back on March 27th. Amena was my technician and I want to acknowledge her for her efforts in making my experience a comforting one. I was skeptical in going back because I had a horrific experience back on January 3rd hence to why I had to come back. This time around, this visit wasn’t the case because Amena changed my perspective completely. OMG that receptionis needs to go. I was early for my appointment and didnt realize clinic wasn't opened...she comes with her ice cap and not even an acknowledgement when I said oh hi you are just opening the clinic as I was worried I was at the wrong location. Ignores me completely. This is a job that needs to be replaced with AI. For the record this is the receptionist who opened the clinic on Feb 13th Friday. I have RARELY bothered to post reviews, no matter how bad the service is- I just don't go there again. But as this was a doctor referral, I feel obliged to post a review this time, to warn others about how unsatisfactory the experience with this sleep clinic can be. I am so dis-satisfied with the way I was treated, I would give zero stars if it were possible. I had a sleep study here. To use the washroom at night takes a couple minutes for the employee to come get you, by the time you use the wash you're fully awake and can't fall back asleep. The temperature is also way too warm and there is no AC, I tried asking for a fan in the middle of the night also but was ignored. There needs to be a call employee button rather than just waving at the camera since that doesn't work
