I have RARELY bothered to post reviews, no matter how bad the service is- I just don't go there again. But as this was a doctor referral, I feel obliged to post a review this time, to warn others about how unsatisfactory the experience with this sleep clinic can be. I am so dis-satisfied with the way I was treated, I would give zero stars if it were possible. I had a sleep study here. To use the washroom at night takes a couple minutes for the employee to come get you, by the time you use the wash you're fully awake and can't fall back asleep. The temperature is also way too warm and there is no AC, I tried asking for a fan in the middle of the night also but was ignored. There needs to be a call employee button rather than just waving at the camera since that doesn't work
This morning I had a 9:45 am appointment at the sleep clinic. I was early. I went to the reception area in a good mood smiling and greeted the receptionist who was sitting at the right with a hearty "good morning ", before I could finish my sentence I was rudely interrupted by her saying to me," go have a seat ". Very rude receptionist, their behavior is unacceptable, they were very bad service clinic both from phone call or in person. Doctor no patient. Every time we call them ,they were very rude attitude and even yelled to me,I ask those receptionist name,she wont tell me,I ask for my prescription issues, they yell to me, finally I ask their complaint departments or supervisors name ,address,they wont give me
