I would not in any shape or form recommend this place, maybe it is just that one dr but she was the face of the clinic. This person was more concerned about OHIP billing than she was for the safety of my child, we had to wait almost a month to get in and looked forward to finanly figuring out what our child is allergic to but all we got was printed pdf pulled from google. This review is not a reflection of any of the doctors at this clinic however, as a new patient you have to wonder that if their first line of contact is a good fit for their practice, then what will the interaction with the doctor be like and what other errors will occur. I’ve been treated with Dr. Lucy Duan and Dr. Jane Park over there who are both very nice and professional, but the receptionist is very rude, especially the one blond curly hair.
This was a frustrating experience! I left work early to make the appointment that was scheduled by the clinic, only to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled time. When I was seen, I was told that the appointment had been booked too late in the day to actually complete the allergy testing. To be fair, the doctor was very apologetic and seemed genuinely unsure how the mistake happened.
