I’ve been treated with Dr. Lucy Duan and Dr. Jane Park over there who are both very nice and professional, but the receptionist is very rude, especially the one blond curly hair.
This was a frustrating experience! I left work early to make the appointment that was scheduled by the clinic, only to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled time. When I was seen, I was told that the appointment had been booked too late in the day to actually complete the allergy testing. To be fair, the doctor was very apologetic and seemed genuinely unsure how the mistake happened.
